Due to a recent temporary policy change, the VA will no longer prohibit VA Approved Buyers from paying their agent to ensure that they are represented in their real estate transaction. As a Realtor®, I am committed to getting all of my Buyers the best deal possible and often that still means getting most, if not all, of my commission covered by the Seller.
